The following were the key achievements realized with my career pathway: (i) As Chapter President being able to improve the chapter membership hitting the target of 206 members within the first six months with an increase of 67% of membership retention; (ii) Achieved the PMI 1.500 membership club awards within the first seven months; (iii) As a volunteer with the PMO Global Alliance, played a major part as a Judging Committee Member, to evaluate nominees according to the established technical criteria, with full independence and autonomy to make decisions to the selection of the Best PMO Structural Organization nominees in the World ; (iv) Supported the United Nation Volunteering Organization in data collection during a feasibility studies. The objective was to Identify and review the project concerning the rural women and project sustainability. I supported the team and we covered 70% rural communities; (v) Supported the Planning Operation’s unit to attained the target set by Top Management to reduce the percentage of unserved energy by -2% and to improve the performances; (vi) Responsibility as an Organizational and Quality Analyst were to developed and clearly present the activities situations with relations to operation’s cost effectiveness. Implementation of a work management application system for operations to ensures accurate data generation; (vi) Developed and implemented a tool that was used to prepare bi-annual and annual business reports, presenting operation’s activities vis-a-vis strategic goals; (vii) Evaluate performances and provided solutions and recommendations to appropriate action for necessary improvement; (viii) Developed and implemented policies and strategies for operation’s activities with the goal to optimize cost and time impact to the business; (ix) Supported as Quality and Organization Analyst in creating profiles, training and coaching workers through the various stages involved in the Work Management System application; (x) Provided support as a Data Management Assistant, during the construction phases in the Chad-Cameroon Pipeline project, which was completed six months earlier than planned; (xi) Manages the Project Management Institute as the Chapter President for PMI Cameroon; (xi) As an entrepreneur, I was able to realize some construction works, like the rehabilitation of the Regional Delegation of Minepat in Douala; (xii) Construct the school building of GS Big Massaka and few personal houses; and (xiii) She got a team well qualified to handle but not limited to ceiling staffing, boreholes, tailing, electrification, plombering, Calibrations of instruments, etc. Her e-mail is: olivebumeada@gmail.com

Stanisław Gasik is a practitioner with over 30 years of experience in project management. He holds the PMP® certificate (no. 1619958) issued by the Project Management Institute. He obtained Ph.D. from the University of Warsaw for developing a holistic model of project knowledge management. He was a significant contributor to PMI project management standards (PMBOK® Guide; Standard for Program Management). He was also an expert for project management in the Government Accountability Office, an institution of the US Congress. Roy Millard is a national authority on how to achieve efficient and effective assurance arrangements within projects, programmes and portfolios. His approach is pragmatic and flexible, taking into account that although the principles of good governance, risk management and assurance remain true for all organisations, each will have its own set of challenges in implementing them.
He has a unique background of almost 40 years in engineering projects in PPP, PFI, partnering, joint venture, consortia and conventional contracting environments, as an engineer, risk manager, project manager and senior internal auditor.
He is a consistently strong and independently minded leader who can confidently speak truth to power.
His influence extends far beyond that of the organisations he’s worked for. As founder and past-chair of the Association for Project Management (APM) Assurance Specific Interest Group, he has spoken at many conferences and led on the publication of a number of well-received APM guides on assurance.
Roy has an Honours degree in Applied Physics and a post-graduate Diploma in Management Studies; is a Fellow of the APM and a full member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology; an ex-Trustee & Board Member, and ex-Chair of the Audit Committee, of the APM. Ernest Nnanga is serving as Head of Division of Prospective and Strategic Planning at the Cameroon Ministry of Economy, Planning and Regional Development (MINEPAT) since 2016. He has been since 2009 a member of the Steering Committee Support Council for the Realization of Partnership Contracts (CARPA) and served as Chairman of the Technical Committee ANOR/14 on Project, Programme and Portfolio the Management since 2015. He is also a member of the Board of the Autonomous Port of Kribi.
During his professional career, he was a member of the Cameroon Poverty Reduction Strategy Monitoring Team (PRSP) between 2003 and 2009. He is one of the main drafters of the Growth and Jobs Strategy Document (DSCE), frame of reference for the first decade of the vision in 2035 “Cameroon, an emerging, democratic and united country in its diversity”, a document of which he remained a member of the implementation monitoring team until the end of 2019. He served as Head of the Large Projects Preparation Unit at the Ministry of the Economy, Planning and Regional Development, and in this context, significantly contributed to the process’s strategic framework, feasibility studies, contractualization, financing and monitoring of the implementation of most major projects of first generation in Cameroon between 2009 and 2016. It was also consultant for several international organizations in strategic planning and budgeting.
Ernest Nnanga holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Yaoundé I and a Diploma in Economic Statistic Engineering, obtained at the National School of Statistics and Applied Economics in Abidjan in Côte d'Ivoire since 2003. Solange Ngo Yebga is a PhD in social anthropology, from Aix-Marseille University (France).
She is Anthropologist, currently Lecturer, Permanent Researcher and Director of the "Project management and development in Africa" department (MDMPA) in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Management of the Catholic University of Central Africa (UCAC-FSSG).
Dr. Solange Ngo Yebga has been a Researcher for twenty years in development projects in Africa and Cameroon working with national and international research and training institutions like CIFOR, IRD, EU, SNV, PLAN INTERNATIONAL-CAMEROON, AHC, IFORD and UCAC-IRSA. She is a member of learned societies like APAD, CREAC and contributes, thanks to her long professional experience in the field of the implementation and execution of socioeconomic development projects in Cameroon. Her favourite themes relate to health, education, training, the creation and support of grassroots structures (associations, GIC, etc.) and populations in rural and urban areas in the carrying out their income-generating activities. She promotes research and development initiatives with colleagues who are researchers within the framework of their personal research activities. Some of her publications (published and/or yet to be published) focus on issues related to health, education, civil society and development, gender and development and standards related to sexual and reproductive health. It has had its own support structure since 2017.

Dr. Chima is the Managing Director of Total Technology Consultants, Ltd., a project and business management consulting company practising in Africa and the United Kingdom (UK). Author of a recent book: Achieving Successful and Sustainable Project Delivery in Africa, published in June 2020.
Pupil Engineering and overseas training. He started his career as a young electrical engineer in 1976 in Nigeria in the then National Electric Power Authority (NEPA) after completing his National Youth Corps Service (NYSC) and graduating from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He had his initial hands-on training as a pupil engineer with technical assistants from Canadian Ontario Hydro in a number of electrical substations and electricity generating power stations comprising gas-fired power plants, steam thermal plants, and coal-fired power plant, in Nigeria. He then had an in-depth hands-on overseas training with Electricity Supply Board of Ireland in Dublin and some other cities in Ireland for 13 months.
Industrial career. In 1977, he returned to do further training with technical assistants from the then UK Central Electricity Generation Board (CEGB) and also participated in the installation, commissioning and operations of a 6 x 120 MW steam thermal power station at the NEPA Power Station, Ogorode, Sapele, Nigeria. He left NEPA as a Principal Engineer and Section Head for Instrumentation & Control. He worked briefly in Shell Petroleum Development Company in Warri as a technical trainer, a project engineer, and writer in the Scallop Training Project between 1979 and 1982. In June 1982, he joined the Delta Steel Company Limited, Ovwian Aladja as a Deputy Manager. In 1984, he became a chief engineer and head of Instrumentation and Computing Systems. He has been a COREN registered engineer and a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers since 1983 and 1982 respectively. He left the steel company for graduate studies in the UK in September 1988.
Consulting Operations and education. Having established his company in the UK in 1995, he worked both in the UK and overseas. In June 2009, he took the PMI PMP certification examination and passed at the first attempt. Between 2002 and end of 2017, his company had trained over 500 project management professionals on enterprise project management courses in Nigeria and Gabon. His company was the first and only Primavera Authorised Representatives (PAR) in West Africa from 2003 to 2009. It is now a Gold-level member of Oracle Partner Network, and also a partner of Microsoft, IBM and SAP. Chima is a visiting professor, an industrial educator, a multidisciplinary project management professional, with over 25 years’ experience in oil and gas, steel and power generation industries. He is an international editorial advisor for the PM World Journal and PM World Library having written over thirty published papers for the journal.
Graduate studies in the UK. At the University of Bradford, West Yorkshire, England, he passed the taught part of the MBA degree in 1989. He obtained his Ph.D. degree following research in robotics in 1994, and his Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree following the successful completion of his dissertation in 1995. He completed his studies in business administration in France and Germany prior to finalising his postgraduate studies in economics in the UK (London School of Economics). He is an IPMA Level C certified project manager and has gained 27 years of international professional experience in the areas of audit and consulting (Thornton Group, Düsseldorf), logistics (DHL, Bonn), fundamental research (ILL, Institut Max von Laue-Paul Langevin, Grenoble) and in association management (IPMA). He also lectured at the universities of Cologne in Germany in the field of business administration and regularly advocates PM profession at international conference.
