Mr. Babissakana is Chairman & CEO of Prescriptor Ltd, a Pan-African consulting firm based in Yaounde, Cameroon, specializing in investment & project management, strategy & portfolio management and economic intelligence & financial engineering. He is President of the Pan-African Project Management Conference and Member of the 2019 & 2020 PMO Global Awards Judging Committee. He is Independent Director of CapFinance SA a micro-finance company since 2010 and also Associate member of the Congregatio Sancti Spiritus (CSSp), Cameroon Province.
He has been active for more than 29 years in banking, finance, investment, project management, strategy and portfolio management. He was earlier with Crédit Agricole du Cameroun as central treasurer, head of tax affairs and international banking operations. He is Expert for the ISO Technical Committee ISO/TC 258 on Project, Programme and Portfolio management. He was Chair 2015-2016 of Technical Development Group (TDG) of ISO/TC 258. He is Chair of African Organization for Standardization THC 12-2 on Services – Finance.
He is holder (1996) of a High Studies Diploma in banking and finance from Institut Technique de Banque, Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers, Paris, France. He earned the Project Management Institute’s most recognized and respected global credential – the Project Management Professional (PMP) in April 2010. He is one of the distinguished professionals in the world who holds a PMO Certified Practitioner (PMO-CP®) certificate issued by PMO Global Alliance in 2018.
