The 4th edition of the Pan-African Project Management Conference targets the following categories of delegates coming from Africa and around the world:
- Individual delegates:Individual delegates are the various beginners, experienced or inexperienced and Senior Professionals in project management as well as Senior Executives who need to enhance their professional skills and raise their market value on the job market and enlarge their contacts and networks;
- Student’s delegates: they are students of universities and academic institutions that are being trained in project management or are interested by project management in order to enhance their professional skills.
- Delegates representing the governments of African States:They are the various beginners, experienced or inexperienced and Senior Professionals in project management as well as Senior Executives that are selected by the governments and administrations of African countries to attend the Conference in order to enhance their current or potential work capabilities in project management;

- Delegates representing national standards bodies: They are the various Professionals and Senior Executives selected by African standards bodies to attend the Conference in order to enhance their work capabilities to develop project management standards;
- Delegates representing African universities and academic institutions: They are the various Senior Professionals in project management as well as various Senior Executives in charge of training programs that are selected by African universities and higher institutes to attend the Conference in order to enhance their design and execution capabilities of project management training programmes;
